Last updatedWhat we collect
There are no user accounts on BiasNex. We collect your email address only if you subscribe to product updates or send us a message through the contact form. With a message we also receive the name, subject and text you enter.
How we use it
Newsletter emails are used to send product updates and new coverage. Contact form details are used to reply to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is processed
Newsletter sign-ups and contact messages are sent from your browser to our own backend, which stores them so we can send updates and reply. They are not passed to an analytics or advertising service.
Cookies and analytics
BiasNex does not set cookies and does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Some tools keep a small value in your browser’s session storage, for example to carry a coin price from a coin page into the position size calculator. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Like most websites, our servers may keep short-lived technical request logs (such as IP address, browser type and page requested) to keep the site secure and running.
Third parties
Prices and candles come from the Binance public API. Our servers request this data; your browser does not contact Binance when you use this site. Headlines and links to other sites, including our sister site RIX News, take you to those publishers, whose own privacy policies apply.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every update email has an unsubscribe link. To have your email or messages deleted, contact us and we will remove them.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
